If you're rebuilding after emotional trauma, betrayal, chronic illness, burnout, or a season that has left you questioning your faith, you deserve more than generic advice. You deserve resources created by someone who understands that healing is both emotional and spiritual. My mission is to help spiritually curious people gain clarity, strengthen their relationship with God, and move forward with confidence through practical tools rooted in psychology, Christian leadership, and personal growth.

My approach is shaped by both formal education and years of professional experience. With a background in Christian Leadership and a background in Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I combine an understanding of faith, human behavior, leadership, and emotional wellness to help people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose. As the founder of Icy The Medium LLC, a Licensed Minister, Certified Master Reiki Teacher, published author of more than 40 books, and YouTube educator, I've dedicated my career to transforming complex emotional and spiritual concepts into practical, accessible resources that support lasting growth.

What makes my work unique is that I don't believe you have to choose between faith and personal development. Instead, I integrate Christian leadership, psychology, emotional wellness, spiritual discernment, and years of cross-cultural spiritual study to create books, educational resources, and experiences that encourage thoughtful reflection and meaningful transformation. Whether you're exploring one of my books, participating in a course, or working with me through a Root Cause Analysis session, my goal is to help you recognize patterns, develop discernment, and build a stronger foundation for emotional and spiritual growth.

My studies at the University of Phoenix provided a multidisciplinary foundation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Christian leadership, human behavior, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, motivation, research methods, ethics, and evidence-based decision-making. This education equips me to better understand the connection between people, purpose, faith, and personal transformation while creating practical resources that support emotional wellness and spiritual growth.
